- If items are returned damaged or not in original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value

Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or moved by the organiser.
We cannot offer refunds if:
- You change your mind
- You are no longer able to attend
Refunds are only available if requested more than 5 weeks before your booked farm tour date.
We may be able to offer an alternative date depending on availability — please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
