Our Next Goat Meat Availability
Update form 2-Nov-22: Our kid goat meat season is over for 2022 now. We have small quantities of frozen goat mince, dice boneless, burgers and noisettes available for collection (upon request) at our farm.

Lunan Bay Kid Goat Meat Season
During kid meat season (Sep-Jan), we provide half and whole carcasses, along with associated offal, which can be butchered and dry aged to your specification, delivered throughout mainland Scotland. Our goat meat is produced from meat not dairy goats. We breed and rear pasture-fed Boer and Cashmere goats on our farm. All goat meat supplied is produced exclusively from our high welfare goats.

SOLD OUT – Scottish Goat Meat for Diwali Festival 2022
We are taking pre-orders for goat meat for Diwali 2022.
We can supply whole and half carcasses, primal cuts and diced on the bone goat meat. All of our goats are meat breeds, Boer and Cashmere, not ex-dairy goats.
Our fresh goat meat is supplied from male goat kids aged 7-8 months old. The cost is £12/kg for diced on the bone goat meat, supplied in 1kg packs. Purchase 20kg and receive free offal (liver, kidney, heart).
Every year we sell out, so please get in touch to secure your fresh batch of pasture-fed Boer and Cashmere kid goat meat.
We are delivering to Angus, Aberdeen and Dundee on Sat 22nd Oct so you will have your order ready for Diwali on Mon 24th Oct.

Who we supply
We supply and deliver to restaurants, retailers and offer direct sales to home customers.
Available for farm collection and free direct delivery throughout most of mainland Scotland. Contact us with your address to check delivery options. At this time we are unable to offer UK wide mail order, due to high demands on the UK courier services causing unreliability of next day services of perishables.
We can supply intact carcasses, or butchered to primals, diced on the bone or into smaller cuts and or mince and burgers, supplied fresh, labelled and vac-packed.
Due to the high demand of our goat meat, we encourage all new and existing customers to get in touch well in advance of our goat meat season to secure your order.

We can supply either whole or half carcasses, butchered into primals (legs/shoulder/saddle/flanks/offal) or butchered down further into smaller cuts and/or mince/burgers. We also offer bespoke butchery such as the whole carcass diced, minced or burgered.

A whole fresh carcass can be butchered into primals, supplied labelled, vac-packed & boxed, which includes;
2 x Legs on the bone (approx. 2kg each)
1 x Whole Saddle (approx. 2.25kg)
2 x Shoulders on the bone (approx. 2.5kg each)
2 x Flanks (approx. 1kg each)
Plus offal (Liver, Heart, Kidneys, Lungs)
If you only require a half carcass butchered into primals, you’ll receive 1 x Leg on the Bone, Half a Saddle, 1 x Shoulder on the Bone & 1 Flank for half the price listed above, so approx £125.
Whole or Half Butchered Goat Carcass Butchered into Smaller Cuts
We can also supply whole or half carcasses butchered down further into smaller cuts, packs, and/or processed into mince and burgers. These cuts are supplied fresh, labelled and vac-packed.

Typical standard butchery on our average sized 20kg Whole Goat Carcass yields the following:
2 packs x Diced Boneless Goat Meat – most popular cut
2 x Boneless Rolled Neck Fillets – try a slow cooked curry
2 x Neck on the Bone Cuts – braise low and slow in wine
2 packs x 2 Shanks, Front & Hind
2 x French Trimmed Racks
4 packs x 2-3 Boneless Noisette Fillets

*Instead of mince, 8 x 125g Gourmet Goat Burgers can also be supplied using Angus & Oink natural seasonings (gluten free, no artificial flavourings or preservatives), just let us know at time of ordering if you’d like burgers instead of mince.
If you would prefer a half butchered carcass rather than a whole, the contents of the box would be halved.
